Name:

I am a very easy-going gal who loves adventure. Education is one of my passions. I love to learn. I would be a professional student for the rest of my life if college wasn't so darn expensive. :) I want to master the game of golf, but haven't been successful yet....

Sick of Home or Homesick

I left Missouri because I felt like God wanted me elsewhere. As a young child I spent a lot of time away from my parents during the summer months. I've never really been homesick, until now. I'll admit I was pretty sick of living in JMo. Some of you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Things that I miss:

1. Calling up a friend you haven't seen in a while and meeting up at the Rangeline Starbucks.
2. Going to the Rangeline Starbucks and running into someone you haven't seen forever. Everyone knows you always see someone from Ozark when going to Starbucks on Rangeline. :)
3. My teacher education friends from Southern.
4. Hanging out with Jeni Vieselmeyer and Carrie Pennell
5. Olive Garden with Kat, Nicole, and Betsy
6. Doodie...aka Lindsey Doolittle
7. Pumpkin custard from Shakey's
8. Babe's (Everyone loves to eat food that clogs their arteries.)
9. Red Onion...enough said. :)
10. College Heights
11. Sitting on my back porch
12. Wearing sweaters
13. My parents amazing, huge leather couch
14. The color green (If you've lived in MO and AZ you know what I mean)
15. Watching Chiefs games on TV. They are never on tv here. :(
16. Spending time with my family in Nevada on the weekends.
17. Hanging out with some of my favorite married couples: the Statley's, Brazle's, and Corrao's
18. Library time with Jay (I'm sure you loved going to the children's section. haha). :)
19. Watching Gilmore Girls' with Nicole
20. Random outings with Nicole, Matt and Jay
21. Hanging out with old friends from elementary and high school, because they truely know you (Emily Bearden and Leslie Qualls)
22. My European BFF Jenny Zauche and Carrie Stine :)

Although I miss all of those great times with my wonderful friends, I am thankful that God has given me amazing friends here in Arizona. I know God placed me right here, right now for a reason. Even though I'm not 100% sure why He put me here, I'm excited to see what will come....

Friends that I miss.
